Why they turned to MF
CKD needed to adopt a comprehensive and integrated packaging solution that could offer maximum production capacity and flexibility in the number of sticks per carton.
All of this while meeting the requirements of the pharmaceutical market and complying with industry regulations.
Our proposal
To meet the client’s request, MF Packaging proposed the complete ISTICK packaging line.
This machine packs cartons containing a specified number of pre-counted and inserted stick packs, arranged either in an orderly or disordered manner.
The various dosing systems allow for the packaging of any type of product: granular and powdered, liquid, and pasty.
Objective Achieved
Continuous innovation and cutting-edge technology are the foundation of this project, which has led to the creation of a complete and innovative packaging and cartoning line. This high-tech solution perfectly meets the client’s needs.
With a quick format change in just 30 minutes, MF allows the insertion of any quantity of sticks into the carton.
Depending on the number of sticks per carton, the cartoning machine operates in either intermittent or continuous motion.
The dosing system is cleaned with a circulation or continuous flow system, without the need for disassembly.
A laser is used for easy opening of the stick-pack sachet and for marking variable data, which is verified using optical character recognition (OCR).
